stitched felt cookies (or donuts, in this case)

14-Debbie

mint chip pantone chip!  (our family is obsessed with chocolate mint anything!  I even used glossy accents to make the punched paper look like "jimmies")

well, this card took me all morning to put together!

woodgrain inlay

9-Lizzie

I have to admit that I had started this card a few months ago, but set it aside because it just wasn't coming together the way I had envisioned, so when I watched Lizzie's video I knew she had the perfect solution!

faux leather

5-Ashley

I used light, bright colors to keep this faux leather creation from being too dark/serious . . .
 * tips:  I wet the cardstock with plain old water and then crumpled it several times - after it was completely dry, I sponged the high spots with darker ink and then I ran in thru my big shot several times to flatten it out

colored cotton

my little grandson loves to ride the ferris wheel at scheels - and he'll love this pale blue cotton candy!
    * tip:  I found that making the paper "cone" was much easier with vellum than it was with cardstock

I LOVED all of the inspiration photos, but I've been wanting to use a green background, so I chose this photo because it was out of my comfort zone . . .
